USPS priority mail service is available to customers in the United States and most other countries. To have your order shipped via the USPS Priority Mail Service you may select that option during checkout. USPS Priority Mail Service shipping charges are weight based and clearly displayed during the checkout process allowing you to determine if this option fits your needs and budget.
USPS Express is available within the United States and to many of our international customers. USPS Express shipping is weight based and charges will be calculated during the checkout process. After your order ships you will receive an email containing the USPS tracking number.
UPS shipping is available only to our customers in the United States. UPS shipping is weight based and the charges for each available service will be calculated during the checkout process. After your order ships you will receive an email containing the UPS tracking number.
We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all items purchased from this site, excluding items custom made for an individual customer. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to contact us and begin the return process. According to the policy outlined below we will either provide a replacement item or a full refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged item, shipping the wrong item, etc. In cases where the return is because of an error we made we will refund the shipping charges or pay return shipping costs and the cost of mailing the replacement item.
To return an item simply Contact Us to request an invoice containing the required Order Return Number. We will email you a copy of the invoice, which will include the Order Return Number.

At our sole discretion returns received without the required Order Return Number will be subject to a processing fee of $10, and a shipping fee equal to the amount it will cost to ship your item to you.

Any order returned to us by the shipping company you selected, for insufficient address, in cases where shipping company claims to left a notice or any other reason, for which you wish to receive a refund, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to the shipping charges being non-refundable.
If you would like to have the item reshipped you will need pay the actual shipping charges WE PAY to have the item shipped a second time (we often pay more to ship your order than the shipping charges you paid).
