Web Central Ltd. has very low minimum order requirements for our wholesale buyers, so almost any company can import products directly from China and compete with the big "Marts" who have been buying from China for many years. Our customers sell products in retails stores, online, in eBay auctions, through mail order catalogs and at flea markets. We provide our clients with below wholesale prices, which allows them to compete with almost any other company in their field.

Buying Wholesale Products from China

To become one of our clients just contact us and let us know how we can help, give us some details as to the type of products, or let us know the specific items you want to import. We will determine the costs for the products and for shipping, then provide you with this information. For initial orders we ship ONLY to the billing address of the credit card used for payment. After a relationship is established we will consider shipping to an alternate address if needed, but at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to refuse such requests.

Product Import Requirements

IMPORT NOTICE:  Some items imported into the U.S. and other countries require an import duty fee be paid. The import fee MUST be paid by the buyer, NOT Web Central Ltd. We CANNOT pay this fee for you, it is a fee that by law must be paid by the business who imports the products. Web Central Ltd. pays all applicable export fees to export your products from China, but you bear the sole responsibility for all applicable import fees.  Some products do not require you to pay duty fees, but it is your responsibility to determine if the items you import will require you to pay a duty fee.

Failure to Meet Your Responsibilities as an Importer

ALL wholesale and retail buyers are responsible for adhering to the laws of their home country.  Our clients are solely responsible for all import taxes and/or fees required to import products into their respective country.  It is YOUR sole responsibility to determine and then pay all required import taxes and/or fees. If we learn that any client has failed to meet their obligations regarding import fees, rules or other requirements we will suspend all sales to said client until they have met the obligations set forth by law in the country where the imported the products.
